Ahne Haus
For extended research projects, a hybrid living-working space for students is planned to be built on the campus along the Ahne riverbank. The seemingly simple structure is disrupted by a staircase extruding from the building's form, providing access to the rooftop terrace. A three-story atrium, illuminated by two south-facing perforated brick windows, brightens all living and working levels while fostering communication between them. The top floor serves as a private sleeping area for the resident users.
